Cowboys, Horses, Bulls... *OH MY*!!

On Saturday night we went to the Rodeo in our town!! It was SO fun! I hadn't been to a rodeo since I was a kid, and when I heard about this rodeo, I *had* to go!! Angelina {loves} horses, and I knew that she would love seeing all the *action*. So, we went. And, it was SO much *fun*!! Mike made a comment that it was the first "hick" thing we have done since we moved here... haha! Hick thing or not, it was a total *BLAST*! It gave me this feeling of being in the country {and I *love* that feeling}. Angelina {had} to have a cow*girl hat too, so, of course we bought her one, and it couldn't be anything else but ::pink:: *of course*! :) I must say, she sported that cow*girl hat well! She looked right at home in that good 'ole country/ranch setting. Zoe had a great time too, and actually was dressed *perfectly* for the occasion. Her sleeper had cows all over it, and cow feet. :) *So Cute*. Zoe did ::famously:: through the whole thing! Buzzers buzzing, shot of a *fake* gun, hootin and hollerin {like that? do I sound country yet?} hehe, and one girl screeching instead of "hootin" next to us. She would jump, but that was all. She even slept through part of it!! Such a *great* easy baby!!
Well, I think it's safe to say we all had a great {dirty} time! :) And, of course, I did document the moment by taking *tons* of pictures! Which, of course I {had} to share!! There are quite a few, but ::enjoy:: them anyway! :)

We were getting ready to leave, and Angelina decided that Zoe *needed* to wear her sunglasses. haha.

The girls in the {Jeep}. It's *officially* warm enough, so the Jeep is now *Topless*!

Mike and his Girls in the Jeep. Angelina *loves* riding in the Jeep!! Zoe sleeps... haha!

Watching the barrel racing!

See the cows?

The rodeo "clown"

I *love* this picture! It kinda trips me out, because Zoe is the only one in focus, and everything else is pretty blurry. :)

**COWBOYS**!

So ::CUTE:: in her pink cow*girl hat!

This is Angelina's favorite "baby". Her name is Lambie. When I bought this, I would have *never* thought this would be her favorite stuffed animal! But, Angelina and Lambie are inseparable! So, she had to join in on the *dirty fun* too! :)

::Bull Riding::

More COWBOYS....

Our little cow*girl... and, Lambie. :)

I got some pretty great shots of the bull riding!

*Lovin* the Rodeo!

Oh my GOODNESS!! More *COWBOYS*...

Here is a cowboy running for his life! haha!

Right out of the Bull Pin

Watching the horses during intermission.

Happy *LAST* day of April!!

Daddy = Love <3

Not too much to blog about today, but of-course, I *had* to! Because I {swear} I have OCD when it comes to blogging! I hear this song sometimes, and by the end of it... I am balling my eyes out, because, let's face it! Daddy's with their little girls.... OH. MY. GOSH! It's the cutest thing. Ever! There is nothing better to me than watching Mike with our girls! He is an incredible father! :) So, here are the lyrics to that tear jerking song...

My Little Girl BY: Tim McGraw

Gotta hold on easy as I let you go.

Gonna tell you how much I love you,

though you think you already know.

I remember I thought you looked like an angel wrapped in pink so soft and warm.

You've had me wrapped around your finger since the day you were born.

Chorus:

Your beautiful baby from the outside in.

Chase your dreams but always know the road that'll lead you home again.

Go on, take on this whole world.

But to me you know you'll always be, my little girl.

Verse 2:

When you were in trouble that crooked little smile could melt my heart of stone.

Now look at you, I've turned around and you've almost grown.

Sometimes you're asleep I whisper "I Love You!" in the moonlight at your door.

As I walk away, I hear you say, "Daddy Love You More!".

(Repeat Chorus)

Verse 3:

Someday, some boy will come and ask me for your hand.

But I won't say "yes" to him unless I know, he's the half

that makes you whole, he has a poet's soul, and the heart of a man's man.

I know he'll say that he's in love.

But between you and me. He won't be good enough!

Backyard {Photoshoot}

Last weekend I did a photo shoot of Angelina in the backyard, and not many of them turned out very good, because she proceeded to pout about 10 shots into the shoot, but I did get a few good shots of her. :) Here is just one of the photos that I manipulated 2 times.

.My Favorite.

.The one below is just for fun.

.Below is the original.

Having *fun*

OK, so I posted this on Stick Horses, but who cares... I thought it to be cute enough to post on my fam blog too! Anyone sew and need a Fabulous Pin Cushion like this? :)

Just wanted to {add}....

That I am *so* blessed! Blessed to have 2 children. Blessed to have a {Wonderful}... yes, with a capital *W*, husband. Blessed to live in such a *beautiful* state! Blessed to have {love}, happiness, and *family*... and of course, God!
I also feel blessed for the little things, like. Seeing each new day through my girls' eyes, having 2 kids that sleep totally through the night... so I guess, getting a {full} night of sleep is a blessing :), blessed to have a roof over my head, and food on the table.

Today, and everyday, I am *Blessed*

Just wanted to count and write out my blessings that I am ever so thankful for!!

Random Post Tuesday! *Country Crock Anyone?*

Well, I found some pretty funny pictures of Angelina. I believe she was almost 2 in these pictures, but when I saw them, I {burst} into laughter, and figured that I would share them on my random post day... I just have to say this, yes, I did actually catch her with this... I didn't give this tub to her for a photo opp. :) Peeked in there, found her *eating* butter out of the tub, and, as a scrapbooker, I {had} to go get my camera. What can I say? Kids will be kids!!

Saving *babies* together

Saturday, as you all know, was the March of Dimes WalkAmerica walk. It was *a lot* of fun to see everyone there!! I was so glad to see all the babies, and MAN, what an {amazing} difference it was seeing them now compared to at the hospital!! I didn't get pictures of some of the babies, but the babies I did get pictures of are below. :) Sorry, Christine! I wish I got a picture of Sophia! If you have one, please email it to me, and I will post it! :)
It was so incredible to see all the walkers there, and to just see the amazing survival stories screen printed on people's t-shirts!!

This was at the end of the walk. We were waiting for some of our group.
Zoe did *VERY* well! No crying, just smiling or sleeping. :)

Angelina *Milestone*

We just discovered, at 2 in the morning, that Angelina has *TWO* loose teeth!!!! To say she is excited is a {total} understatement! She is ecstatic! And, while I am awake, it is still 2 AM, and too late for *Angelina* to be awake, but, she is *SO* cute. :O) She can't wait to have Miss *Tooth Fairy* come visit her.

OK, off to bed!

10 Weeks *Too* Soon...

I made this collage in photoshop for my March of Dimes walk tomorrow! Pretty cool, right? We are all making signs for our babies. Just wanted to *share* with everyone!

{Goodnight}

{Happily} Recalling My Week...

I can not believe how *fast* this week has gone by!! Mike left very early Monday morning for a business trip to Arizona, and today he is flying from Arizona to California just for one night. This week has been one of the better times that Mike has been out of town. Normally, the week is filled with crying, and attitude due to Angelina missing her daddy terribly. Well, I am happy to report! She has been quite amazing! I think we may have had one slight meltdown? But obviously not enough to "write home about". I think she realizes that being alone with mama {is} fun!! (gasp). Mama is fun? *haha*. I must say, for having a 5 year old, and a 6 month old, watching my mom and dad's dog, taking Angelina to and from school, to and from ballet class, and *whatever* else we did... {I have a foggy brain}... we had a fantastic week! Tomorrow is the March of Dimes Walk America walk, and I am REALLY looking forward to that! I am seeing some of the woman that I meet while Zoe was in the hospital. Their babies are said to have grown, and I can't wait to find this out for myself. *haha*. Angelina is going to our neighbors to play, since I feel making a 5 year old walk 3.1 miles is cruel and unusual punishment. haha. Zoe get's to ride in the stroller, and go have a "playdate" with all her NICU Sorority friends. hehe. I have been scrapbooking and crafting a lot this week too, which is *always* a good thing! Especially since I am taking a ::BIG:: step, and entering in the Scrapbooker of the Year contest put on by Creating Keepsakes magazine! I need to make 20 Layouts by July. Please pray for me as I am working on this! I REALLY want to win! And, I really think I can. ;) If I win, I get a 2 year contract with Creating Keepsakes (CK) Magazine. Wowie! That would be SO {amazing}!
Oh, and I have been watching {a lot} of movies lately. We just joined blockbuster's online rental service (exactly like Netflix, but BETTER). So, needless to say, we have been watching *lots* of movies. I added a "Must See Movies" section on the right side of my blog. Check it out. What did I watch this week? Step Up (AWESOME), The Science of Sleep (Good, but different), and, tonight I am watching Freedom Writers, and A Good Year. So, check back to see if I recommend those. *hehe*
Zoe is doing great! She is *still* teething. haha. She is trying to sit up. Which amazes me, because she puts A LOT of effort into it. She trys it from either a laying down position, or if she is leaning on something, like a pillow. At this rate, she'll be sitting herself up next week. (teasing). Oh, and today, she had *Turkey* baby food, and she {loved} it!
Angelina, is doing great as well! Reading a lot. I am learning all the time that she is a total pack rat. hehe. I find the strangest things... & She is turning out to be quite the little {model}. Always wanting me to take pictures of her. LOL. It's great for me, since I pretty much am constantly walking around - camera in tow. My children are *WELL* photographed. lol.

Have a {GREAT} weekend!!

Here are *some* pictures I took this week....

Baby Blue Eyes. :)

I was having fun with photoshop today while editing my pictures... *loved* how this one looked in a blue tone. :)

Daddy and Zoe... so *cute*

What can I say? She is crazy! :) This is how she gets when the camera is out...

This is how a 4 {almost 5} year old puts on make-up. *hehe* Anyone want a makeover?

She is *obviously* having a blast!
